Giving Back: Kenai River Spring Cleanup

ABOUT

In 2014, in cooperation with the Kenai River Professional Guide Association and Kenai River Sportfishing Association, Mark and Cindy Glassmaker created the Kenai River Spring Cleanup.  Through this event, some 3000 school kids have removed over 10,000 pounds of trash from the Kenai River in four years.  We look forward to helping organize this event well into the future as it provides a great way for local students to connect with the river and help protect and appreciate a valuable local resource.
